Shipping costs, type of shipping, delivery time
Items will be delivered via our carrier DHL. Owing to a close cooperation with DHL we can guarantee fast and unobstructed shipping of your order. In exceptional cases (oversized articles etc.) we also cooperate with other carriers.
Orders received before 2pm on working days will be processed on that same day. Almost all our products are in stock. Where we cannot dispatch your order straight away we will immediately contact you via email or telephone. Items that are temporarily not in stock are marked in the webshop.
We ship five days a week with a delivery time of usually one working day. If you are not at home when your item is delivered, you will find a notice of intention to deliver in your postbox. Use that notice to collect your item the following day at the specified postoffice. You can also arrange for another delivery.
Shipping costs in Germany with DHL Standard
Orders within Germany over 50 € are shipped FREE OF CHARGE. For orders of less than 50 € we charge 4,90€ for shipping.
