Terms of payment
You can choose between the following payment methods:

- Direct debit (only for customers in Germany)
Direct debit is only possible if you have a German bank account. At der-rollenshop.de we take security very seriously so if you choose this method of payment, you will automatically be transferred to a secure SSL encryption after having typed in your bank details.
This means that your bank details are protected in a secure environment with one of the savest, most trusted systems available, so particularly the cautious customers might want to make use of this quick and easy method of payment. In cooperation with our Partner Secupay AG, one of the largest providers of Online Payment solutions, we can offer you a particularly safe way of direct debit. Your order will only be carried out after bank authorisation has been obtained which makes improper use of this method of payment almost impossible. On our behalf Secupay AG will withdraw the balance due from your account by direct debit transfer.
We would like to point out that we transfer our claims for payment fully and irrevocably to Secupay AG (secupay.ag ). In case of a return debit note the active debts of our partner Secupay AG will be directly transferred to a claims management. The purchaser bears all resulting costs.
Note: In case of cancellation or reclamation please contact us before you object the direct debit transfer. We will refund costs via bank transfer immediately after the return of goods.
- Two percent discount for payment in advance
As soon as the invoice total has been transferred to our bank account we will dispatch your order. There is a two percent discount for payment in advance.
- PayPal (free PayPal account is necessary)
PayPal is an online payment system which allows you to purchase your order quickly, easily and safely on the Internet. More information.
- Cash on delivery
Goods are paid for in full in cash immediately when they are received. In addition, 4,90 Euro add to the invoice amount, which we in turn must pay to DHL. DHL also raises an additional charge of 2 Euro which is to be paid to the driver on delivery. Overall the costs amount to 6,90 Euro.
We are sorry, but dispatch to a DHL "Packstation" is not possible with cash on delivery.
- Credit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Just enter your credit card number, expiry date, the triple-digit CVC or CVV code/number and the name of the holder. We charge your credit card in completion of the order.
